Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappe is experiencing a ‘delicate period’ following his recent exclusion from the France squad

Kylian Mbappe of Real Madrid is going through a “delicate period” following the most recent France squad snub.

As manager Didier Deschamps was rumored to be replaced by Zinedine Zidane, the head of the French Football Federation spoke out.

Superstar Kylian Mbappe is going through a “delicate period” after being cut from the most recent France squad, according to French football president Philippe Diallo.

Before important UEFA Nations League games, the Real Madrid striker was passed over by his national team manager Didier Deschamps for the second consecutive international break. France will play Israel on Thursday and Italy in the next several days. Deschamps, who led Les Bleus to World Cup gold in 2018 and finished second in 2022, has adamantly defended his choice to leave out Mbappe. The 56-year-old attributed it to his subpar play against the Spanish powerhouses.

The forward, who is 25 years old, has stated that he always wants to play for France. The emergence of charges during the previous international break made his absence all the more challenging. According to reports, Zinedine Zidane is getting closer to being hired as France’s manager, while Deschamps is feeling pressured.

Although Mbappe isn’t playing at his best right now, FFF president Diallo hopes to see the 2018 World Cup champion return to his peak.

Didier Deschamps and [Mbappe] had a lot of conversations. I was brought up to date on their conversations and Didier’s thoughts because I have a close relationship with the coach,” Diallo told Le Parisien. “He made a decision as a result of these conversations. Kylian is among the world’s top players.
