The Baltimore Ravens have experienced a relatively quiet offseason. For Ravens fans, it is somewhat of a change of pace from what they experienced a year ago.
During the 2024 offseason, the team signed free agent running back Derrick Henry. All the excitement of the move paid dividends when the Ravens finally took the field.
Henry totaled 1,921 rushing yards and and 16 rushing yards, powering a Baltimore run that ultimately fell short in the AFC Divisional Round.

The Ravens have not acted in dramatic fashion in response to that loss and it appears most of their core will remain in tact as they reload for next season. However, a shocking trade prediction from former NFL quarterback Kurt Benkert could see the Ravens change their pace.
He predicts the Ravens could be players in a stunner of a trade for Tyreek Hill on draft day.
“I would not be shocked to see the Dolphins trade Tyreek Hill on draft night. My ideal landing spots for him are Dallas and Baltimore,” he wrote on X.
“With Baltimore, he would be able to join an aging roster to help close the gap in their AFC title run – and would be the best receiver Lamar Jackson has ever played with.”
Hill made a pretty flagrant plea to move on from the Miami Dolphins following the team’s season finale though that speculation has started to settle since January.
Looking at the move itself though, the Ravens could see a major benefit in pulling the trigger on such a move.
The Ravens signed an aged DeAndre Hopkins with Zay Flowers and Rashod Bateman already on roster and showing the ability to produce. Hill certainly elevates the talent in that room and adds a veteran presence to the receiving group.
