The Ohio State Buckeyes’ running game came to life during their four-game run in the College Football Playoff that secured the first ever national championship for Ryan Day as Ohio State’s head coach.
The Buckeyes’ ground game was led by now departed offensive coordinator Chip Kelly along with a strong offensive line and great performances from running backs Quinshon Judkins and TreVeyon Henderson.
Both Judkins and Henderson are expected to be taken in next month’s NFL draft, giving both guys plenty of time to show off their skills and physiques prior to the event that will determine their NFL futures.

On Sunday, a workout video of the former Ole Miss Rebels and Ohio State Buckeyes star began turning heads on social media. The video was viewed over 1.4 million times and had Dallas Cowboys fans salivating over the potential addition of the former Big Ten and SEC runner.
“I’m sorry I didn’t know RB Quinshon Judkins was built like a literal tank,” SB Nation Dallas Cowboys reporter Brandon Loree wrote.
Dallas Cowboys fans marveled at the workout video.
“Future Cowboy,” one fan wrote.
“He might be gone by (pick) 44. He (is) the next Jahmyr Gibbs,” another said.
“Dude looks like Gibbs cousins,” another added.
“What was his yardage against Michigan?” another fan asked, the answer to which was 46 yards.
“Been saying he’s the better OSU running back,” another said.
The star running back reeled off a 1,000 plus yard season along with 14 touchdowns for the Buckeyes last season while splitting time with Henderson and terrorizing opposing defenses.
The lightning quick, powerful, and low-to-the-ground former Buckeyes and Rebels star is expected to be selected in the second round of the draft, but could sneak into the first round based on his recent workout exploits.
