The Miami Dolphins made some changes to their quarterback room from the start of the 2024 season. Zach Wilson came in to be the new Dolphins backup to Tua Tagovailoa, and one of their backups signed elsewhere.
According to Jim Wyatt, writer for TennesseeTitans.com, the Tennessee Titans signed backup quarterback Tim Boyle. In 2024, Boyle played in two games for the Dolphins. While a short stint, Boyle was a contributor for the Dolphins in 2024.
In the two games with Miami, Boyle faced off against the Seattle Seahawks and the Indianapolis Colts. Against the Seahawks, Boyle completed seven of his 13 passes for 79 yards, with no touchdowns or interceptions and one sack. He also ran for six yards on one carry.
Against the Colts, Boyle attempted 12 passes again, this time completing eight of them for 74 yards with no touchdowns, no interceptions, and no sacks. He also ran one time for four yards.
