Tyreek Hill’s future with the Miami Dolphins now looks uncertain once again after his latest social media activity.
The superstar receiver’s social media went crazy after he posted a two-finger piece emoji and a smiling face amid talk that he could be moved.
The first post was of him putting a smiling emoji over a tweet asking whether Dolphins fans would want to trade Hill. The second post was of him putting up a peace sign on a tweet proclaiming that Hill was the most likely Miami player to be traded on draft night.
Hill capped off the burst with a singular post of his own, containing one more peace sign. His actions have led the way to potential proposals of him being traded.
The latest trade proposal has the Dolphins trading Tyreek Hill to the New England Patriots. In return, the Dolphins get back the Patriots’ third-round draft pick, which is number 77.
There is not a single scenario where the Dolphins would entertain that.
Speaking to reporters after the Dolphins’ final game of the 2024 season, Hill seemed to quit on the team and spoke as if he would be moving on.
“This is the first time I haven’t been in the playoffs, man, so I mean, for me, I just gotta do what’s best for me and my family, dog,” Hill said at the time. “If that’s here, if that’s wherever the case may be.”
“I’m finna open that door for myself, dog. I’m opening the door. I’m out, bro. It was great playing here, but at the end of the day I got to do what’s best for my career. I’m too much of a competitor to be just out there.”
Dolphins coach Mike McDaniel calmed those fears after he told reporters that he and the star wideout spoke for an hour and “cleared the air” after a “rough and tumultuous situation.”
Now, we are back at square one.
Dolphins Expect Tyreek Hill to Remain With the Team

The Miami Dolphins plan to “move forward” with Tyreek Hill on their roster despite his attempts to signal his departure.
Five-time All-Pro wide receiver Tyreek Hill has again sparked trade speculation with a series of posts on his account on X.
Head coach Mike McDaniel met with reporters at the NFL’s annual owners meeting at The Breakers in Palm Beach, Florida, and made it clear that Hill isn’t going anywhere.
“We are fully planning to move forward as a better version of our relationship with Tyreek and the Miami Dolphins,” McDaniel said, according to the South Florid Sun Sentinel. “I have no reason to think otherwise.”
