The Baltimore Ravens superstar has been taking no time off to relax this offseason.
The Baltimore Ravens made the playoffs and made it to the divisional round this past season, and that success was due in no small part to the fantastic play of their superstar running back.
Derrick Henry had one of the best seasons of his career despite being 31 years old by the time the playoffs rolled around. But despite it being the offseason, the veteran running back does not seem to be taking any time to himself.
In a viral video, Henry can be seen running up a very steep hill and doing footwork drills while wearing weighted chains. Most players take some time in the offseason to recover and rest up before the start of the season, but not Henry.
Many thought that the 31-year-old would not be able to be a star much longer considering his age, and he proved those people so wrong this past year with one of the best seasons by a running back in recent memory.
This season, he will be looking to help the Ravens get right back to the playoffs, and hopefully get past the divisional. If he can do that, then him, Lamar Jackson, and a lot of the other members of the Ravens will finally make it to the Super Bowl that they have been yearning for for years.
