Andy Murray has posted a touching tribute to his wife, Kim, to mark their 10th wedding anniversary. The retired British tennis star has been enjoying some skiing trips since ending his career last year, and he shared a sweet snap from one of their recent holidays to celebrate the occasion.

It comes after Novak Djokovic admitted he had “no idea” where Murray was ahead of his recent stint at the Monte-Carlo Masters. The three-time Major winner started coaching his old rival during the off-season but did not join him for this week’s Masters 1000 event in Monaco.

Murray joined the world No. 5 in Indian Wells and Miami for the ‘sunshine double’ last month. But the Brit was off-duty for the first event of the clay season, as Djokovic arrived in Monte-Carlo with his brother, Marko, taking on coaching duties.

“I have no idea [where Murray is], to be honest,” the Serb said last Sunday.

“I spoke to him about, four or five days ago, and he was back home. I mean, obviously occupied with family and I guess he’s working on his golf swing that that’s his priority, I guess, this week.

“It was never part of the program or an agreement in the schedule to work with Andy this week.”

Djokovic also confirmed that Murray was expected to return to his camp at the Madrid Open later this month and that they were also eying a stint at the French Open.

The retired star has been busy during his week off. He took to Instagram to celebrate his 10th wedding anniversary with his wife.

“10 years of marriage 4 kids and 2 skiing holidays later Still smiling (albeit through slightly gritted teeth),” he wrote alongside a photo of the pair posing in a heart frame on the slopes.

But Murray will need to get back into work mode to help Djokovic bounce back after a tough defeat in Monaco.

The two-time former champion lost his opening match to Alejandro Tabilo 6-3 6-4 on Wednesday and was bitterly disappointed in himself.

“I expected myself at least to have put in a decent performance. Not like this. It was horrible. I did not have high expectations, really,” Djokovic said after coming off the court.

“I knew I’m gonna have a tough opponent and I knew I’m gonna probably play pretty bad. But this bad, I didn’t expect.”

Djokovic now has just over a week to get back on the practice court and rediscover his best form before heading to Madrid, where he will be reunited with Murray. The tournament kicks off on April 23, and the Serb will have a bye directly into the second round as one of the top seeds.
