Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, recently reacted to Rory Mcllroy winning the 2025 Masters. On Sunday, Mcllroy defeated Justin Rose in the final round of the 89th Masters at Augusta National Golf Club. Mcllroy is the sixth golfer to complete a career Grand Slam in Masters history.
Mahomes is definitely a great golf-fan and dropped his reaction to Mcllroy’s superb feat. In fact, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback was live tweeting throughout the game, showing fans that he was keenly watching the historic clash.

Patrick Mahomes is busy training in the NFL offseason program for the Kansas City Chiefs. Mahomes will hope to do better than the 2024 NFL season when he lost to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl.
In the previous season, the Kansas City Chiefs finished first in the AFC West after winning 15 games and losing two. The Chiefs managed to make it to the Super Bowl and lost to the Eagles with a final 40-22 score.
Mahomes has been playing for the Kansas City Chiefs since 2017 after being selected by the team as the tenth pick in the very first round of the NFL draft. Before stepping foot into the NFL, the 29-year-old quarterback played college football for the Texas Tech Red Raiders from 2014 to 2016.

On another note, Patrick Mahomes chose to not wish his half-sister, Zoe, for her 11th birthday on social media, despite other family members doing so with grand gestures. Zoe, the half-sister of Patrick Mahomes, celebrated her birthday over the weekend. Her parents, Pat Mahomes Sr. and Anika Cooper wished her for her birthday online, showing off their daughter wearing a Chiefs jersey.
Fans, who closely follow Patrick Mahomes’ every move, immediately noted that the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback did not post a single birthday wish for Zoe. However, the Mahomes’ family was definitely quite active on social media the same day, as the QB’s wife Brittany Mahomes, posted a picture of her kids relishing some shaved ice.
Patrick Mahomes will be soon seen in action in the upcoming NFL season. In the previous NFL season, the 29-year-old quarterback managed a total of 3,928 passing yards, scoring 26 touchdowns, while managing 11 interceptions for the team. Mahomes and the rest of the Chiefs will be keeping their fingers crossed to hopefully improve their rankings in the 2025 NFL season.
