FRISCO – Donald Trump says he flirted with the idea of buying the Dallas Cowboys in the late 1980s. In the 1990s when they were headquartered in Valley Ranch, the team had its own notorious “White House” for various shenanigans.
Now the connection between America’s Team and the highest level of American government has a new, bizarre twist. According to an official report by his doctor after a physical evaluation, turns out that President Trump is the same size – almost identical, in fact – as Cowboys’ quarterback Dak Prescott.
The tale of tape: Trump is 6-foot-2 and weighs 224 pounds. Prescott is 6-2 and 226.
Size matters? But so do our eyes, and the two aren’t exactly body-doubles or doppelgangers.

Trump, Dak And Sports
By Tony Fisher
Muscle weighs more than fat, blah, blah and more blah. The 78-year-old Trump’s body is obviously, visibly drastically different than Prescott, 31. Dak’s weight has come under scrutiny this offseason, as he’s trimmed down about 3 pounds, as first reported by CowboysCountry.com.
We all fudge on dating apps and sports rosters in vain attempts to add inches and drop pounds. But Trump’s purported measurables land somewhere between off-the-charts impressive and head-scratching implausible.
Isn’t the proof in his XXL pudding?
Trump’s official physician, Captain Sean P. Barbabella, signed a report that says the President is in “excellent” health. He has only slightly elevated blood pressure (128/74) and almost perfect levels of cholesterol (140), body temperature (98.6) and resting heart rate (62) for a man in his 40s, much less for someone pushing 80.
Peculiarly, the report’s summary also notes that Trump’s “excellent health” is evidenced by his “frequent victories in golf events.”
Prescott enters the Cowboys’ off-season program still rehabbing from hamstring surgery that ended his 2024 season. Maybe he should consult Trump’s exercise and diet regimen in order to achieve “excellent” health.
They are, after all, blessed with the exact same body. (Wink.)
