Los Angeles Dodgers right fielder Teoscar Hernandez is having quite the weekend.

In Saturday’s home game against the Pittsburgh Pirates, he hit a go-ahead homer in the bottom of the eighth inning, helping the Dodgers pull off an 8-4 victory. He hit another home run on Sunday.

In the bottom of the fifth inning of the Dodgers’ home game, Hernandez blasted an 83 mph slider from Pirates starting pitcher Bailey Falter into center field for a 402-foot home run. The dinger gave L.A. a 6-2 lead.

The home run was the 200th of Hernandez’s 10-year career. Entering Sunday’s game, just 380 players in MLB history had 200 or more homers in their careers, via Baseball Reference.

Signing Hernandez to a three-year, $66M deal continues to look like a smart move for the Dodgers. The two-time All-Star has helped power one of the more explosive lineups in baseball.

Through their first 27 games, the Dodgers led baseball in home runs (43). Hernandez was tied for 11th in baseball in home runs (seven) and tied for fifth in RBI (24) through his first 25 games.
