There’s no one quite like Taylor Swift. While she continues to make waves in the music industry, she and Travis Kelce have recently made headlines for their lack of public appearances. The couple is reportedly taking a break from the spotlight after spending several high-profile months in the public eye, especially toward the end of the NFL season.
Swift was wrapping up her iconic “Eras Tour,” while Kelce was playing for the Kansas City Chiefs and ultimately headed to the Super Bowl. Swift attended nearly all of his games during the final stretch of the season, which drew massive media attention.
Despite their brief step back from the spotlight, sources confirm that “they’re still very much together and in love.”
Kelce was most recently seen participating in a charity golf tournament alongside his brother Jason and pop star Justin Timberlake. Meanwhile, Swift continues to make history across streaming platforms, even without releasing any new music this year.
On Saturday, it was announced that Swift’s hit song “Fortnight,” featuring Post Malone, is less than 90 million streams away from reaching 1 billion on Spotify. It’s projected to surpass that milestone in 102 days, making it her second-fastest song to do so.
This news comes just a day after Swift’s song “Daylight” earned 755,000 streams on Spotify—its highest single-day total since July 2023.
Her most recent album, The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology, was released on April 19, 2024. Yet even in 2025, she continues to hit historic streaming milestones.

Swift’s most-streamed song on Spotify this year has consistently been “Cruel Summer,” originally released in 2019.
On Friday, it was certified four-times platinum in the United Kingdom. Her global reach continues to grow exponentially, and at age 35, she shows no signs of slowing down.
