Lamar Jackson is doing more than just playing football at the moment.
The Baltimore Ravens quarterback has added actor to his CV, having made his acting debut in an episode of the popular ‘Power’ series this week.
Jackson, the NFL’s Most Valuable Player for the 2023 season, has been a longtime fan of the franchise created by hip-hop icon 50 Cent and was surprised to be offered a role on the hit series.
While the QB was pretty nervous about transitioning from football to TV this abruptly, he grabbed the opportunity with both hands. Jackson made an appearance as the character “E-Tone” in Episode 9 of Season 4 and is shown committing a murder in a bathroom in one scene, shooting a victim in the head with a silenced pistol while he stands in front of a sink.

Fans Had All Sorts Of Things To Say About Lamar Jackson’s Wild Scene
Of course, NFL fans had plenty to say.
“They could have had Ja Morant do the funniest s**t ever,” one joked.
“This is a bad look for all the young children that look up to him…..” someone else claimed.
“Don’t even think this is the worse damage Lamar has done in a bathroom,” quipped a third.
“It’s widely known Mahomes is a better actor but chooses to focus on football like good players do,” a user claimed.
“Stephen A did it better,” someone else declared.
Jackson’s Ravens teammates were pretty excited for him, with some of them now referring to him as “E-Tone” on the back of his debut.
Time will tell if Jackson continues taking up roles in the entertainment industry or whether he will choose to stick to what he does best, at least until his career on the field is over.
