New photos of Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce taken just hours before the 2025 American Music Awards (AMAs) are turning heads, not because of what he wore, but because of his hair.
Fans spotted the NFL tight end in casual gym clothes: shorts, a tank top and slides, leaving a workout session in sunny Florida.
Photos shared by the Tayvis Nation fan page on X showed Kelce with noticeably longer, slightly messy hair, grabbing attention from Swifties and NFL fans alike. The reactions were instant and mixed.
“The hair is hairing,” one fan commented.
“Taylor’s man and the greatest tight end of all time is looking very handsome,” another chimed in.
Not everyone held back their surprise, with one post asking, “What the hell did Taylor Swift do to Travis Kelce.”
“HELLO MR HAIRFUL,” one fan greeted the new look with excitement.
“Taylor finally let him use the Dyson,” in typical Swiftie fashion, someone joked.
The public reaction comes as disappointment settled in for fans who had hoped the couple would make their red carpet debut at the AMAs. Despite Swift being nominated for six awards, both stars were absent from the event in Las Vegas.
Instead, they were seen over the weekend dining at Harry’s Restaurant & Bar in West Palm Beach.

Kelce’s hairstyle has been a hot topic since celebrity barber Vince Garcia revealed a few months ago that he’s longer locks are completely natural.
