Karen Julieth Ojeda Rodriguez is not a name that most people might know, but she is certainly a woman who should not be messed with.
The 23-year-old Colombian woman known as “The Doll” and labeled a “dangerous hitwoman” has finally been arrested in connection to several targeted gangland killings.
One of her alleged murders included the ambush murder of her former boyfriend.
Spanish language outlet Libertad Digital reported she is part of the Los de la M gang.
Karen Julieth Ojeda Rodriguez is accused of leading a gang of hitmen that terrorized a rural region of Colombia.
She was finally taken into custody, along with another man and a woman, in July following the murder of her ex-boyfriend.
Paula Valentina Joya Rueda, who was arrested, is known as “Gorda Sicaria,” which translates to “Fat Hitwoman.”
Another accomplice, identified as “Leopoldo,” was taken into custody as well.
Her ex, Deyvy Jesus, was called by “The Doll” to meet her so they could resolve any issue with money. The unsuspecting man was riddled with bullets when two men drove by on a motorcycle and gunned him down.
A video online shows Karen Julieth Ojeda Rodriguez walking with her hands tied behind her back. She is accompanied by two police officers who appear to be guiding her.
During that arrest, cops seized a revolver handgun and also a nine-millimeter caliber pistol. Those weapons will now be analyzed to see if they were used in recent crimes.
